Left Mouse Click Not Working
I stopped playing for about 2 weeks. Upon coming back, my left mouse click (Mouse 1) will rarely allow me to shoot while my guy is moving, even if I have let go of any movement keys and my guy is only accelerating/deccelerating.

While my guy is 100% still, I still get occasional clicks not registering. Same goes for the buy menu.

When I rebind fire to Mouse 2, my right click works just fine for shooting. My left mouse click is fine for general computer use and was fine for CS:GO up until a few weeks ago.

Can I get any suggestions?

Well it sounds like your mouse is either broken, or that your keyboard + mouse has bad rollover, if that is even possible. Or it could be that you have 2 buttons bound to attack that are being pressed simultaneously. If you have one button activated that is bound to attack, you cannot have another key attack until the previous key is deactivated. Perhaps this is your problem?

Use a spare mouse and see if that one one works...but, yeah the mouse is most likely on it's last legs.

its a mouse problem.. some mice lose their click sensitivity as some gamers call it.. ive had a lotta mice do that but ive opened up and fixed up and increased their life a tad bit by doing so.. however i have had to buy new ones :D

Sad to say that my "mouse" is a touchpad because I play on a laptop.

However, again, my left clicks have serviced me enough to make this topic and, ingame, work marginally better under different circumstances that should not affect my mouse. I am confident my "mouse" is in good enough condition.

The fact that it is a laptop makes it more likely to be a rollover problem in my opinion.

How would that explain a fault of only one of at least three parts of my "mouse" that only presents when playing CS:GO? Even than it is contextual.

Not trying to be a hardass, I just want to play.

Maybe your left touchpad button is a bit faulty.

Well let's say for example you get a keyboard with 10 key rollover. That means the keyboard will register you pressing up to 10 keys at once. If you press an 11th key, it won't register. Perhaps your left click problem is related to your rollover. I don't know if it is possible for a mouse and keyboard to share the same rollover, but it seems more likely with a laptop since it is built in.

Oh okay. I know of this problem, but never knew the "name" of it. I can safely say that it isn't my problem, though.

You are sure your left click has never malfunctioned other than while playing CS:GO? Maybe it has but you notice it more in CS:GO because you need to click a lot in that game.

Very sure. CS:GO worked perfectly fine for me, aside from FPS issues, at the start of the month.

Laptops have that thing that you can''t press 3 buttons simultaneaously.
