CS:GO Help - Arm Placement
I used to land most of my shots, never was uncomfortable with my aim or arm placement etc. And then randomly someday my arm felt uncomfortable (right arm). I always have to adjust my arm and now my aim and gameplay is terrible. My arm is never comfortable and I can't play csgo to my potential. I have a QcK mousepad and a sensei mouse and my PC is fine. All my specs are fine but my arm is always uncomfortable and I can't play. Is there a way to fix my arm placement to be comfortable again or is it the desk and office chairs fault? Please help.

Sounds like a personal problem to me or Desk and Chair height.

I have that issue with being uncomfortable. It's possible that you are pinching a nerve in your elbow or something.

It's not like it hurts I just have to keep adjusting it and my skill is terrible to do the arm not being in a position I could leave it at and feel comfortable

it doesn't hurt for me either. Just throwing out possible explinations.

I understand thanks for the explanations. But along your 700+ csgo journey did the uncomfortable arm placement just randomly come up and effect your skill and if you did fix it how?

Well yes and no. Sometimes it happens after playing for a while. Usually i just lift up my arm and shake it out a bit, then it seems to be alright.

i agree, the desk and chair (and height) thing for me was vital. try out a better computer chair and adjust the height. i am the most comfortable in a generic tall-backed computer chair. steady arm support. also, i had to remove a lip from my desk where the keyboard/mouse sit on a slider. it was a two-inch piece of wood but the point is, you have to suit youself with your own comfortable positioning.

When i got i new Desk and Chair for my Computer area i ran into the same problem cause they were diffferent heights then my old ones. I had to readjust the height of my chair to where my arms were flush with the desk. Took awhile to find that perfect height to where i was comfortable again. Only reason i said it might be a personal problem was maybe if it was hurting or something

so if your arms of your office chair are lower than the tdesk that could be the main factor here and is a cloud9 need4seat good?

well i dont think you need to go blowing a bunch of money on the chair and desk or anything, but if you're in a chair right *now* that won't adjust height... you need to at least get a new one...

On the topic of office chairs can the mechanism that keeps it raised up wear out? I could have sworn when I first got the chair I'm using currently it would raise me up higher.
