So far there has been no evidence of him Hacking, only the kick on live which could be a mistake.

That was his excuse, lol I give it 2/10 and I'm pretty sure he's a hacker. his 48hr period to show proof is up and he's leaving it in "Valves hands". I think the VAC is going to stay. he already got kicked out of team property

LOL the fckin VAC ban is enough proof. With VAC, its not innocent until proven guilty, its guilty until proven innocent.

Since its just "VAC ban" that proves nothing and can be false ban ( like every VAC ban there if you dont get reason for banning / explanation ). So dont judge until its officially confirmed. But now if valve will make some official notice/statement, its quite unfair that everyone else is not getting anything. So random people will still get banned ( even if it could be false positive ).

So looks like that its not same for everyone.

You are delusional. 99.9% of VAC's are accurate. The kid cheated. End of story. Read my last comment on here, he doesn't get benefit of doubt.

its not a false positive he was quoted saying his friend hacked on one of his smurf accounts and it banned the rest of his accounts. its been proven that someone was hacking its just he is denying involvement

Are you a coder of VAC or something ? Do you know whats going on inside the VAC code or just trolling ?

Imagine if VAC is looking for memory and find pattern of cheat, that pattern can be from some other program antivirus or something ... so you need to have hard prove to ban someone.
Im just saying that if he used lame cheat, he is stupid, but some cheats are very inteligent nowdays so detecting them is really hard.

all im saying here is, that you need prove / sign aka "something on paper" what proves " Yes this account id had this on and its cheat"

Were it his "little brother" it would be a 100% cheater, but "IRL friend" doesn't make it much better too.
Anyway the ban is real and just.
