So i have this "Letter" that says You have been selected to receive a limited time offer to purchase this item. but its only in my steam csgo inventory and not in the inventory when i start the game, what can i do with that??

It only tells you that you have been chosen to purchase a certain item thats only given to you for a limited time

after you launch cs go. look at the top where you would look to buy keys.
