The music kit is a failure and useless and pointless... why the steam made that update... this music kit replaced csgo songs and thats too bad. if steam removed this music kit csgo will be much better. and idk why steam make useless updates...

It's optional, btw. You'll use the base CS:GO music if you're not using a Music Kit...

i use it to because when the bomb is about to explode the bombplanted music guids me to know the 10 secs left

I've got music sound zeroed and I see no wrong in the music pack they've added. Sure I'd prefer something more fun, but hey - the game is in development for over 2 years now and it costs. So I'd say - cool, good you've found yourself a way to keep the finances going on well without any negative impact on the gameplay.

Skins were more disruptive, since they have colors, they visually alter the shapes and sometimes you can't for example tell wheather the gun 20 meter away is an AWP or a Scout, which may matter. With a sound pack though - I believe difference is still less pronounced, unless it has such characteristics humans will react to the information(plant) faster than with the base sound pack... Sounds negligible, though it's not scientific standard. PS: Nor it is sports standard, where you will rather swich virtually identical halfs of the pitch just to remove any shade of unfairness, however impossible it is.
