2 accounts, different ping?
Why does one of my accounts have perfectly fine ping, but the other one lagg the whole time?

Set 'Download Region' in 'Settings/Download' to your region

I had same problem ~1 year ago and it solved this, I dont know if it works now

Settings probably. The game uses Steam cloud to backup configs, but it's only per-account.

My friend has the same issue, three different computers, three different internet connections (locations), two different accounts, one with low ping and other with high ping.
