What is wrong with Stockholm servers?

Every single time I join the match which located in Stockholm I have loss for 40% and higher and I don't know whats the problem. I have 200 Mbit/s internet, located in Kyiv, Ukraine. All other servers, like German or Polish servers, don't have that problem and I can play normally

I guess Russia's war acts could have been partly to blame here. They have probably destroyed telecommunications infrastructures somewhat. Either on purpose or unintentionally.
Remember Baltic undersea cable?

Stockholm servers work flawlessly for me. Better in fact than Helsinki servers - which are rubberbanding, stuttering mess 90% of the matches.

so, i guess i only have to close my connections for stockholm so CS can't ping it?
