Razer causing issue at CS:GO.
Recently I have been experiencing extremely bad lag with my cs:go. Mostly when I first load into a casual and i choose my team it'll often freeze then and I have to restart it. And in game it is constantly jumpy and my ping spikes up and down frequently. I have a also noticed when being shot or flashed the lag increases greatly.

Today I think I've discovered my issue. I was loading into a casual and it was taking about 20 minutes which is quite odd (usually takes 1-4) then it was stuck on Sending Client Information so I started task manager and checked processes and " RzStats.Manager.exe *32 " was taking up a lot of CPU and I think it may have something to do with my lag.

Yesterday I deleted and re-installed cs:go to try and fix the lag but it didn't help. I have also verified the integrity of the game cache.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

My laptop is a HP Envy 6 Sleekbook.

Thanks

UPDATE:
Just tried to open my cs:go and it just stayed as a black screen.
The RzStats.Manager.exe *32 is only using CPU when csgo is open and it was high again but I did CTRL, ALT, DELETE then closed csgo and RzStats.Manager.exe *32 disappeared.

Open razer synapse
On the top of the window, click on "stats", it should open a new window
In said window, click on the gear icon on the top right
In the genral tab, click "off" under "Data tracking"

Synapse has a built-in function to track your mouse movement and click heatmaps, along with time played, total clicks and other data. However, it tends to use quite a bit of resources, so it's better to keep it disabled (especially since, no matter how cool it might be, seeing how you move your mouse and where you click more often is not exactly useful)

I had your same issue back then as I have a Razer Naga Hex mouse I bought when I used to play Dota a lot.
