How do you get the rising sun collection, chop chop and gods and monsters skins?

First of all, to get either one of those skins you have to buy the new ''Bloodhound operation pass''
If you have it then you can be eligible to receive items from the collections as drops.
The items drop 1 per week when you rank up. Not the matchmaking rank but the new ranks that were introduced with the operation..So basically get rank 2 - drop...wait a week, get to rank 3 - another drop...

Well this is the first time they implemented this kind of system...all of the last operations had skin drops from the cases when you finished the missions...so i can't honestly tell will there be other ways to get these skins and if there will be then how...Just got to wait and see :) But if you are a type of player who doesnt like to spend money on the game you can just play the game itself and sell every drop you get..i honestly have bought 2 operations like that :)

yes there is. all of the ones in cases are community made and akihabara accept is made by valve, meaning you can get it as a drop
