Souvenir ones come from the souvenir packages, non-souvenir ones are from drops and tradeup contracts.
Whatever you say, cheater :P
To the rest of sane people here - Dragon Lore can be obtained in 3 ways:
1) from cobblestone souvenir pack (which drops randomly to viewers only on major tournaments when cobblestone map is played)
2) as a random drop from cobblestone collection. Bloodhound pass makes it so weekly drops are taken from different pool than 'normal' (BH pass: overpass, cache, cobblestone and 3 new collections, 'normal': every collection besides 3 new ones - so basically without a pass you have much more chance of getting turdy skin from worthless, most common collections available)
3) trade up contract
You are so so wrong, if it can't be dropped, why is it even in the collection anyway?
I rest my case.
