Vote Music Kit onto CSGO

I am wondering if it is at all possible to use your own music for CSGO, or perhaps a way to vote new music onto the game.

The Reason: I really want to hear the guitar riff of "Highway to the Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins to play whenever I get an MVP.

Crazy request, I know. But let me know if there are any suggestions on how to make this happen!
