Report a translation problem
If you saw any BOT, probably someone is loading, you can type: status at console and check how many Players and how many BOTs has in your Match, if there's 10/10 Players and you are seeing a BOT, this means one player is still loading.
Isn't the Lobby, it's the Match. Sometimes that happens to me, it's annoying but this happen a lot. It's just stupid, I search for a Match to play with my friend and I find a Match with no room enough to play all of us in the Lobby...
Doesn't matter, Valve don't care about Casual Modes, they only care GOOD AND HARD about Competitive Mode, this means this issue will happen forever.
In Competitive Matches this doesn't happen... When someone failed to accept means someone didn't accept the [READY] button, even if didn't show up the red msg.... Someone just didn't click READY.
