People turn their money into keys and sell those via Paypal, but it's risky since you can chargeback and Paypal doesn't really care about disputes in those cases. I've heard OPskins is allright, haven't used it myself.

Money transactions in https websites are generally quite safe and you can expect to get your money without any issues. I haven't used opskins though, I'll give it a try!
