How do I get out of SEM?

I'm stuck in silver hell. I'm always carrying my team and I still can't rank up. The team does good one half and then gets destroyed on the second half because they all try to play offensively. What do I do, i can't handle the Silver mentality anymore and i've tried to use Nova friends to bolster my rank, but nothing works. Any tips?

queue with higher ranked friends.

If I qued with, say, a Gold Nova 3 or higher would I have a better chance of ranking as opposed toa Gold Nova 1?

Winning versus higher rank gives more ELO points so yes

actually it isn't hard to get out of silver... in 9 days i went from elite silver to mg1

take 5 ranks above you. Im gn4 ect. so 5 ranks above you would be the AK rank (on clue what its name is)

and yes it gives u higher elo. cuz it means u belong to that rank

Get a team, learn how the game works (i,e rotations etc). Thats how i ranked from Silver to DMG
