Headache from CS:GO 60 hrs/ 7 day for 2 days.
I was on holiday so I decided to why not up my rank. It seemed okay for the first 3 days. But later my skills started to deteriorate and headache tried to take its place. Eventually, on Monday, I went to school and found out I could not learn at all. I could not even look at the whiteboard. Texts were so blurred. My head was throbbing. I've never had this problem with other games ( The Sims, Demon Soul, Dota2) before. How to cure my headache? I do not think it is stress issue because playing in comp is more fun than in casual or DM.

Stop playing CS:GO for like 1-2 days and see if you still got this headache.

Well, it doesn't have to be related to playing. (though it is likely)
Maybe you didn't eat/sleep/drink enough? It's easy to forget to eat or drink enough while playing.

I usually take some pills as soon as I notice that my head starts hurting, the sooner the better.

Other than that, A lot of times caffeine and/or chocolate help me against headaches.
Energy drinks (or coffee, if you prefer) and a chocolate bar or something helps me out pretty well.

Dark coffee with lemon juice is great against headaches too, but it tastes completely horrible.

Also, make sure there's some fresh air in your room, open the window, it'll help, too.

Dude, That's pretty bad man, Yeah, I'd really advise just stop playing the game for a few days, cool off, take some time away, kind of like a holiday.. But from steam.. XD

At first, I think nutrient issues because when I drink soda I feel better but it is still worse than normal. I've been eating properly for 2 days and that does not help me a bit.

Drinking in general is the most important.
Usually, caffeine, doesn't matter if soda, coffee, energy, helps out pretty well.

Some people are more sensitive than others maybe. Maybe you just need to have a little break inbetween.

Get up and walk around the room a little to get your blood flowing properly, drink, eat something, get some fresh air.

I would be very careful with caffeine. There are some peoples who can't handle with caffeine and make their condition even worse. I would recommned you to take only 1 can on day.

Most important is to eat, sleep and drink. Eat fresh veggies and fruits, also try to eat nuts like peanuts, cashews, walnuts and almonds. Drink 1/2 gallon of fresh cool mineral water per day, because everything in our body needs water especially the brain and the muscle cells. Sleep for 8-9 hours, that means go to bed early. Also don't play CSGO for 24 hours.Do breaks, do something else like going out with friends, shopping, cooking etc. Do also exercises like jogging, swimming, soccer etc.

Hope my tips helps you

Sure, too much caffeine is unhealthy. I figured he knew that, sorry.
I'd recommend still water. I personally find it easier to drink, because otherwise 1/2 gallon can be a bit hard to drink, at least for me, lol.
