Mystery of the invisible crosshair?

So earlier on today I adjusted my crosshair setting to better suit my playstyle. All was well until a few hours later when I joined comp to find I had no crosshair...

I get cl_crosshairstyle 1 & 2

but not any of the others..

did a little browsing to find a solution, one of which was to validate the cache which did nothing and the other to delete the config file for cs:go which again, still nothing.



I can't seem to find a fix anywhere, any advice or fixes are highly appreciated!

The consoel command "crosshair 1" should fix that.

After starting a game and typing "crosshair 1" I now only get the 1st crosshair style.

That's what I used to initialy set up and configure my crosshair, none of those commands do anyting other than customise to the full capacity.

static lime green

thickness 1

I've tried entering all of the commands and valid values several times already, I will by all means try it again, but the issue doesn't seem to be anything I have or have not done, merely something game file related as it all of a sudden became 'invisible'

its not commands, its an in game rendering of crosshair customization, it resets your default crosshair so you can customize it and "save it /load it" if it glitches out again.
