problem with mp_limitteams 0

i have a problem setting this up
i typed mp_limitteams 0 in Server.cfg
and everytime i launch the server it set to 2 ?
how to fix that ?

You can't have it set to 0 or you wouldn't be able to join a team so I guess it sets it to 2 automatically.

Try adding

host_writeconfig

at the end of your cfg.

What kind of server is it? Have you tried restart it or change map after you made change to Server.cfg?

yes i did but it set to 2 automatically when map changes

0 means that limitteams is turned off.

It's not setting the number of teams.... it's setting the maximum difference of player between the 2 teams before the auto team balance kicks in to equilibrate both team.

Khaled4, add "host_writeconfig" at the end of the Server.cfg, I think this will fix your issue.

Ok my bad :) Otherwise, he could also set "mp_autoteambalance 0", I think the result would be the same.
