Lately I have been with 1 or 2 of my friends (mainly 1), and it always seems to be that we a team full of pricks who just kill each other, kill themselfs and just argue all the time. On the other team though, they have a like smurfs and EVERYTHING! They ALWAYS have better players than us. Please for entire community, GIVE US THE ABILITY TO SELECT A COUNTRY, DON'T PAIR US UP WITH RUSSIANS AND WHAT NOT!

Confirmation bias, also called myside bias, is the tendency to search for, interpret, or recall information in a way that confirms one's beliefs or hypotheses. It is a type of cognitive bias and a systematic error of inductive reasoning. People display this bias when they gather or remember information selectively, or when they interpret it in a biased way.

The reason I mentioned it is because it's unlikely that by some bizarre luck you always get the trolls and the opponent always has the smurfs.
Anyway try to play with equally ranked friends, or make some (there are rank specific player search threads on this forum) to get a group of people you are comfortable playing with. Best of luck mate.

Meh, I only need 2 more people I guess, but all my other friends are like silver 4 and SE, where as I am gold nova 2, and my other friends are gold nova 4 and 3 :D . I will try anyhow.
