How long does it take to get to Nova 1 rank?

Hii everyone,

I'm fairly new to CS:GO but I'm really enjoying it and I was just wondering how long and how hard it is to get to the Nova 1 rank, I've only got around 30 hours so far but I'm really trying my best to become a better player!

If anyone knows any tips or tricks to help me reach my goal please let me know!

play with a party of 5, randoms can be hard to rank up with because you can play with id1ots, or unranked players, it took me 180 hours to get to nova 1 and i only played with randoms and my experience was bad, so thats my advice other than the usual, aim for head, practice in casual, sensitivity and such

it took me 120 wins and 400 hours to get to nova 1

I lost like 150 hours on solo'ing with random russians and didn't rank up after 80 wins so that's a hard advice,get and play always with a team.Try to learn from the web tactics,smokes,flashes,watch twitch -watch the PROs,learn callouts,use the MIC and learn to spray,burst fire and tap shoot and aim always the head.I lost a lot of time in MM and losing instead of learning all of these things.Learned them and now im Nova 3

well idk if i got to nova fast or what, but i was on top of my team most of time and it took me that long

Well. I will tell you a story. I am Silver Elite Master with 200 wins on my main and this is my second account, which was Silver 2 a week ago. Now I'm Nova 3 with this account and still SEM with my main. The system is broken.

No it's not,if you can't get out of SEM it's because you still suck and can't beat Nova 1

Hmm yeah I've queued up and been matched with people that don't use microphones and it makes it really hard to communicate with one another.

Uh no. I top frag almost every game. I get quads and aces a lot. I ranked up from Silver 2 to Gold Nova 3 within a week, so. Deal with it.

No it's not,if you can't get out of SEM it's because you still suck and can't beat Nova 1

If you are realy new to CS, it will take time. Theres alot of things to learn first, before u can be anyhow good. If ur nnot new to FPS, getting out of silver is just matter of using headphones (silvers cant walk for ♥♥♥♥) and little brain. Learn maps in process, angles, preaiming and bit of nades trajectory should help you later on way to nova.

It is on my main. The ranking system works fine on this account for me, but it doesn't on my main. I just rekt Nova 3s, I'm on the verge of ranking up to Nova Master and I still can't get out of Silver on my main.
