Stuck on 'Confirming Match'

Matchmaking with four people

Matchmaking worked perfectly before - we were able to find a game in fifteen seconds and get on with playing.
However, now the matchmaking simply sits on 'confirming match' without giving any of us the 'accept' prompt.
NONE of us can actually see or click the accept button, but after it's run it's course the game apparently tells us that it's the one person has failed to accept. It's the same person every time.

Whether it's a problem with the player mentioned or with the server, I have no idea why this is happening. Any ideas?

(Said player has restarted steam and restarted pc. No idea what's going on.)

Just went away on it's own.
I've got little idea what it might be, but it's happened several times since.

I have a suspicion that restarting router MIGHT fix it, but we'll have to confirm it the next time it happens.

If I get any idea on what might fix this, I'll post it here if I can remember to do so.

( Sry for my english ) I have fix my prob with this solution - Clic right on CSGO on ur library - générality - Option of luncher - +clientport 2700( 5 to 10 ) ex : +clientport 27007 for me, and +clientport 27008 for my girlfriend. And now, it's good, we can play on same game on match.
