It is prob still running. Hit ctrl alt del and see task manager /services. its prob still running

was it fixed by restarting steam, if it was a different method could u tell me? also do u use a mac or pc?

Well, I also have this issue and i have searched everywhere. I even made a forum post, and nobody has responded. I Have a Mac, and i don't know why cs-go is not working because of the "Source - Warning Only one instance of the game can be running at one time"
