The most surefire way to get any one particualar skin is the market.

Butterfly Knife only comes from breakout cases
Huntsman Knife only comes from Huntsman Cases
Marble Fade, Rust Coat, Tiger Tooth, Doppler, and Damascus Steel skins only come from Chroma cases.
Every other knife skin comes from any other case than the three listed above.

It's better to buy them on the market but most m9 boyonets are around 100$, even if you do get a knife you might not even get an m9 bayonet

in my experience, if you know what you want, just buy it. You're gonna spend the same, or more money on opening cases to try and get it anyway.
