1. open run command. 2.msconfig,boot,advance option, uncheck mamimum memory.3.Then restart pc. (My PC was utilizing 2gb of ram while i had 6 GB of ram ( i know not impressive) but it did fix the infinite csgo loading. Hope it helps ! This should help if you your map loadsd forever or lags. If not google for other ways to fix it.
My issue was that when I tried to join a match and finally found a server, the match would never load. There was nothing but corrupted packets showing up in the console. Tried running as administrator and then not, no difference. Tried uninstalling and re-installing, no difference. Confirmed that the Windows firewall was letting the application through, it was. Came across the suggestion to disable this application on a YouTube video and it worked perfectly.
