missing vgui fix?

i've gotten this msg in console every now and then, every 10 sec interval

i've verify game files, reinstalled cs go but still getting this, and it causes lag shutter

any help to work around this issue?

Steam -> SteamApps -> common delete the Counterstrike Global offensive folder
Download and install and maybe it works

game braking bugs and nothing made towards fixin it. but be my guest and make couble of more dlc's and operations to make few dollars extra before fixin this.

i noticed this problem occured after i updated my GeForce Driver to latest ones...once i downgraded it to 355.60 (this is the older driver i kept in my PC) and no more STUTTERING AND FROZE problem...i think Nvidia and Valve need to have a discussion on this...

SOLUTION: install previous version of GeForce Driver....or Drivers.....

I have amd and i get the same problem, so i am unsure if it is nvidias fault.
