Can someone be banned ove the payapl scam becasue steam clearly states in its terms and conditions that the trader cannot trade outside of steam.

You're both trading outside of steam, you should be both (trade) bannable. And it happens.

Engaging in selling items for money is against the ToS, so even in the case where you get scammed in such a trade, you are technically both just as liable.

Never trade over PAYPAL. Getting ur money back is easy as stealing candy from the kid and the scammed person can't literally do anything about it

You know the like 2-3 different boxes you have to accept that say "YOU ARE GIVING THESE ITEMS AND GETTING NOTHING IN RETURN, PLEASE CONFIRM THESE ITEMS ARE A GIFT" or similar?

Yeah, you confirmed that the items were a gift, and that you were expecting nothing in return.

So guess what that means?
