Silver games are not skill, they are luck.

As the title says, they are NOT SKILL because you can't carry your whole team because they just get promoted to silver when they play the 10 games with their friends and then from there on they just play solo AND SUCK AT IT. if you are trapped in silver 3 like im (have 207 wins, got promoted to silver 3 at 86 wins) you know how frustrating this is.


So what i mean by "luck" is getting into the same team with these players. If you only play solo, you CAN NOT rank up if you started in S1.

I started S1.
25 games later I'm a Silver 3 and yeah,mostly luck, but I try to frag when I can.
What I am doing now a days is adding people from my team(and the fragger of the enemy team ) to my friends list after a winning match..then forming a pre-made team for the next mm game.

I'm not really sure if it helps though xD I'm pretty new hahaha

no kiki press the trigger lightly and make sure you aint acting like a bum with an smg.

Rules of getting out of silver 3 include:

1. Disabling SMG. this is a waste of bullets for accuracy low level elo needs this to catch 13 frags but you dont need to.
2. Rifles only.
3. Increased Technique with smokes and grenades.
4. Polishing Accuracy further.


Im top 2 silver 3 and im not looking at all to make 10 kills on any match with 5 team members of the same rank. If your team is losing, its because somebody does not belong in your rank.

you dont need 15 kills, after you past 15 kills or even 12 is not sane, everybody equal at 50 frags a match is ok.

My life is solo matchmaking believe me. Apply yourself, anticipate your upcoming matchmake in casual, waste less and less bullets for more kill and expect results.

Just stick at it and focus on improving your game so that you are valuable to others.
Speak to others in the games you play and maybe work on building up a team to play with. I'm sure that there are plenty of people in your position willing to play as part of a team, removing the 'luck' element.

Trust me its not luck, some silver players are very good, for example, my friend can get over 100 skill about 3 games in a row and ill be behind him at 80. If you practice then you should be fine. Theres a map you can download to improve accuracy, i recommend downloading that and playing a lot of deathmatch and play a deathmatch before you start a Competitive match, it helps a lot.

I started as GN2 and went down to SEM, then i went to dmg. Hard? kinda at higher rank but not at the silver

my luck is worst the longer i play man im doing good playing 200hours of casual (improving my aim,buying armor,watching map,buying 2 flash and smoke, and carrying the team in the last 4 game.i usually kill 2/3 but the problem is the teammate man i cant ♥♥♥♥♥♥ kill 4/5,3 is already too much the worst is while we playinf ct side i said kindly for example B2 A2 Mid 1 and camp but they dont talk to me they keep rushing and when i die they said lol.this is seriously frustating to me im currently silver 3 with 17 win (4 loose streak) and got demoted why is this happening man for ♥♥♥♥ sake i hate play competitive now if i dont make premade team even on dust 2

as long as they listen to me and camp we can win but well i guess silver community in csgo is full of mentally kids player T_T im soo sad man really i know every 1 make mistake but they dont listen to me and they cant do anything so im doing like 2vs5 every time i play

Human stupidity is evident, you need to have control its mega easy to lose your cool. Play like woman, plant 20 seconds after you say " plant the bomb " act delicate if you aim like a man but play like a woman you should be good. You cant lose your cool, if your aim is there there is nothing to worry about.

Actually it is, and I know this because I dug myself out of the silver hole. I don't have much time to play comp, let alone with friends but this really isn't an argument.

I couldn't even tell you the amount of games where there was maybe 1 person using a mic, no one boosted, or used any type of grenade; and of course the amount of smurfs and hackers that you find in low level games.

You can try as hard as you want to carry a team, but it's useless if they don't understand the basics of the game itself. You won't win most of the rounds fighting 1v3-4, it just doesn't make any sense for someone to say otherwise.

Tl:DR - without a solo Q or a proper way of assigning individual ranks, the system is meaningless.

I always get paired with bot-level players in my team, like 2 or 1 of them are like that. The rest of them are decent, and usually I'm the one carrying the team. But always and always, the oponent team has some decent and good players, while my team has players who cant get a single kill on 6 round, or let's say, they teamkillus or troll. I'm a Silver 3 and I'm having a hard time promoting, mostly because of my team v.v . If you wanna play together, add me.

Not only team though, yes you may get ♥♥♥♥ players in it. That is a thing that happens on every rank. Just keep on playing good and supportive and you will rank eventually

T Side:Rush on B Dust 2 im entry fragger get flashbanged cuz my teammate cant shift step and everyone shooting me cuz im in the front and get died
CT Side (Worst):No one want to camp or guard bomb site all just go rushing and when its getting worst i said "GG Team 2vs5"and stuff(come on man if youre in my position its really frustating) and somebody just shot me in the back or even tk me and he said (noob awp camper you r useless) while in the time im saving awp cuz its 3vs1 ????????? I agree pushing the aiming limits to 4v5 involve another style of trigger control where for the most part carrying that player equaly pushes 2 or 3 players out of their neutral.

I think its impossible to win a match on a player that only has 4 kills on the same rank. Pushing the other team members out their mojo at 15-13-10-9 frags its a loss but I believe the system recognizes your skill individually and you should get promoted eventually when your H/R increases significantly.
