2) no Angle Snapping....this function is an automatic correction of your movement...keep it off....train your muscles ;)
3) 1000hz - why? sometimes you wish those 4ms had been real :P
this is ofc my personal taste....you have to figure it out by yourself
also, i play: 400 DPI , 2.7 ingame sensitivity.
i have the same mouse and the mousepad QcK+
You dont want Accel or Deaccel.
You also dont want Angle Snapping.
Polling Rate should be at 1000hz, because its a tiny bit smoother than 500hz and the Rival is capable of holding the 1000hz really stable.
DPI is something you have to figure out on your own, its just sentivitiy.
The sensor of the rival has native dpi steps of 50, so you could really choose any DPI you wont. But going over 800 dpi in my opinion ist just retarded, because its too fast.
Also higher DPI steps tend to jitter alot and/or add negative accel.
Im playing with 800DPI, 1000hz and 1.6 ingame sensitivity.
Would be 3.2 sensitivity for 400DPI.
so just for example ; 100 dpi, move mouse 1 cm, cursor moves also 1 cm on screen.
200 dpi, move mouse 1 cm, cursor moves 2 cm on screen.
Its just sensitivity. To find out how much DPI you got, you would have to tell us what mouse you are using
Hi Jon Snow.
That headshot counter and stuff....
