I can't hear other players in chat anymore
I played a game and after it ended a joined another one. In the second game I couldn't hear the other players, but my friend could. I joined another game after to see if it was a server issue and it still didn't work.

"Do you have anyone's autoexec file loaded? Specifically KiloSwiss's?

A lot of the autoexec files that are floating around are based off his, and have "voice_scale" bound to V. I had the same issue that you did for a while until noticing that I'd randomly hit V and voice sounds would either get quieter, go away entirely, or be perfectly normal.

Try "voice_scale 1" and see if that has any effect."

There's a rare bug that happens if you play on a local/offline server, then join a dedicated server, the mics don't work. Restart CSGO.

If you still can't hear mics, voice_enable 1 & voice_scale 1.
