Possible to rank up with random teammates?

I was Gold Nova Master a month ago.
Now I am Gold Nova 1.
I lost so many games in a row, it's getting ridiculous.
Why can't I win games with random teammates?
When I was ranked the first time (2 months ago) I was silver 2 and I made all the way up to Gold Nova Master playing with randoms.
Why do I suddenly derank?
I got way better than 2 months before, so why do I lose?

I always get teammates who aim at the knees, push through smokes, buy every round, don't use nades, don't know any nade spots, don't know what peeker advantage is or that you shouldn't stay too close at corners because the enemy can see you while you cannot.
Teammates who don't have microphones or refuse to speak, who don't listen to your advice or calls.
Teammates who always spray while running, who buy an AWP whenever they have enough money, but can't aim for ♥♥♥♥, people who refuse to play anything other than smg's, negevs or shotguns and never buy defuse kits.
Teammates who (if ct side) all go a and def same spot and I am the only one who defs b.

I am always the best player in my team...by far.
75% of the time I am the only one in my team with a positive k/d or some mvp's.
It is getting really frustrating.

For those telling me to play in a premade team:
None of my real life friends play pc and I only have 3 friends on steam who play csgo.
One is silver 3 and the other two are silver elite.

So, is it even possible to enjoy this game with random teammates and to get some rank ups or should I uninstall this ♥♥♥♥ if I don't have some premades?

I play with my pubs here and my rank goes up. Sometimes I win, sometimes draw and lose too.
Now, im Silver Elite Master.

Just find the second best player that plays with you in match, and add him. Keep doing the same thing, and you'll get a good party. I know that pain of trusting randoms, which is awful because its really just a matter of luck (luck being you having a good team).

Alternatively you could check this topic created for people who need proper people to play with. But yeah he is right, try to find proper players to play with. Really helps alot.

It is possible. First of all, i want to tell you the story of my smurf. Aww yeah, and i play solo 90% of my games. My smurf didnt want to be a low ranked account, it wanted to be placed as high as possible after the 10wins. Well, that one didnt go very well i must say... MM decided to put me into gold nova 1, what is a freakin joke. Ok lets smurf then i said... Like 1 night, and it was in MG2.

Now lets talk about my main. After 10matches, placed into double AK-s, hited DMG in a short time. But i stoped to play CSGO for a few months, and when i played my first match again, i was placed into DMG again. Well but after that match, my mouse is just died, also i didnt had a mousepad that time, and not even a stereo headset. But more than 40fps finally, since i bought a new PC. Well, decent FPS, but trash "gaming gear"... I wanted to play even with that 2$ tesco mouse, and i lost honestly like 20games in a row. NOVA4 in 1 day from DMG. Well, then i bought a mousepad, a new mouse, and fixed my mono sounded headphones. So everything was just allright to pull my best. From nova4 to DMG in like 2days, with literally not even a lost game. But what happened in DMG? Stucking. Struggling. Raging. Everything what you can just imagine... I made up to eagle twice, everytime when i managed to hit eagle, i found myself in LEM in 3-4 games. But then the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ came, and the losing streak made me losing my eagle. After like another month of struggling in DMG, finally tonight i hit eagle again. I hope i will not lose it this time. What you also should know about this DMG rank is that sometimes you need to win more than 12 games in a row to get rid of it. Also you should know that one DMG can be a very bad player, while another is can be actually a very decent, intelligent smart player, who lacks something important to being a really good player in CS. So the randomness is freakin huge, the skill variance is just absolutely a joke. And with such players, winning 10+ games in a row, or lets say win 12 out of 15 game is very, very hard if you are alone, or even with 1 friend who is decent like you. But as you can see, yes its possible.

You just need to practice, relax, and being patient. I tend to rage with my team if they were bad because of the fustration because being stucked for such a high period of time. But finally i got it... If your team is bad, and you losing, fighting with them not gonna work in any way. But trying to giving them curage, moralize them, when some big play happening, cheer for it, and try to make the outcome of something bad as little as you can. You can make huge comebacks in MM with the proper attitude. Because thats what ppl lacks 99% of the time. With the right attitude, impossible is nothing in MM. But actually, with the wrong one, you can lose the game even if you are won the first side 14-1. Happened. Not just once... So just stay cool, try to keep your perforamce at the best, and also, give your energy to your team!

What seems to work for me is 2 man premade system.

1.Can't get kicked
2. Teamwork / motivation to play

It works best if you have a higher rank playing with you. I had a DMG playing with me while I was Nova4; I did well enough but sometime there were those moments where you can't kill anything. He carried me and I repayed that back one day by carrying him when he was at his weakest.

Nova rank is the WORST ranks I have ever been in. I can say that with experience as 90% of my losses had to do with someone abandoning the game, trolling, griefing, or straight up fu cking retarded.

My advice to you is to ADD every top fragger that you played with regardless of losing or winning. It really pays off when you have 3 top fraggers on your team giving you motivation to try harder.

Going solo isn't worth it anymore. I haven't won a single solo queue game in a WEEK. The reason for this is that I believe the game meta has evolved. There are more people playing this game; popularity has increased, skill level has increased. The competition is very high.

I have won nearly every game with my DMG friend.

LEL why would he? Playing good actually is not banable. And another story that OW cant make your rank lose. wtf are you on drugs? When i play with my smurf, and throwing 40kills with only deagle, why i dont lose any rank? why i dont get overwatched? Sure i got 10reports in those games, still overwatchers probably notice that im not a cheater, not griefing, so what the ♥♥♥♥?

Doesn't make sense to add russians without microphones who do not speak english.
I am from germany so I constantly get matched with russians or ukranians.
Mostly eastern europeans who don't speaka de englishi veri welly.

I don't understand all this whining about the ranking. If you don't belong in your elo, you'll rank up. I don't belong in gold nova by far so yes I would rank up at LEAST 3 times in one day. Carry harder and stop going to the forums about your problems lol.
