Report a translation problem
It depends on how do you change it. I do use a custom panorama video (the background is a video) but I changed manually by creating a video of the same format, same time spam, and then I just rename the files. It's easy to do.
If you download some software to do it for you, then you may be banned since you are using an external program to temper CS:GO's file. My suggestion to you is to do manually. Go to the folder where the panorama video is, look at the format, name, and duration of the videos. Create your own video with the same format and time, and then just rename it and substitute it. In-game, you can select your panorama video by selecting the name of the map you chose.
This is NOT how VAC Shield works.
VAC Shield doesn't scan video format files, only .dll and .exe extensions.
it bans when an account connects to a vac secured server from a computer that has known cheats on it. you dont have to be actively using them, they dont have to give an advantage (skin changer, etc), they dont have to work, they just have to be detected. So you can't get banned if you don't join a VAC Secured Server.
