How do I get my prime back?

Basically, I lost my prime because I wanted to hide the game from my account but somehow I accidentally removed it from my account and now I reinstalled again and there is no prime in this account anymore

Do I have to pay for prime to get it back?
(I'm not sure if my English is correct or not. so, sorry for bad English)

But you can't remove prime....

unfortunately, it seems like it can be removed if you delete your game from your account

Some of my items still not lost, it still there in the inventory but the prime is completely gone from my account
I guess I have to pay $14.99 to get my prime back xd

You even have the loyality badge and yearly coin, proving yiu have prime. If it isn't there just write a ticket and tell them that.

I did this exact thing before. If you send them proof that you owned the game before, they will reinstate your prime. (Though I'm not sure if they need it from you since they can probably check themselves).
What I did was send a screenshot of the cart telling me that I already owned the game.
Steam Support reinstated the prime status to my account after that.
