High PING with HotSpot internet ?

I always get high PING on CSGO i live in UK even i go on UK sever i still have the highest PING in game, i'm using hotspot which basically use a USA adapter connect to my PC and will have internet.
My PC is really powerful can handle all game on ultra setting 1080P, but i just don't know why is my ping so high, if i change to wireless internet will it get better ?

LV70, alot of games, knife etc... get broadband... Internet is very cheap in UK... (and one of the best in the world)

Your ping is high because the isp you use is performing poorly, change providers or get HSI/broadband, I don't know about wireless, it can be less reliable than a wired connection.

He shoud get 10-20 ping if not less, servers are in UK, Sweden, and don't remember the others, even with wireless he will get almost same ping.
