This Trade Appears Suspicious

When I'm trading with someone else, just when they're about to click "Confirm Trade Contents", I've been told that they come up with this message. "This Trade Appears Suspicious" "You will not receive any other items or money. If [TiLT] has promised you any other items, Steam Wallet funds, or CD-Keys outside the trade window, they may be attempting to scam you." I've never scammed anyone, been scammed or been told by anyone that they're going to report me etc. I've also heard that this message may pop up when you accept alot of trade when you're getting items, and the other person doesn't, which I do alot when borrowing items from friends/family. Is there any way to get rid of this message?

Is at least one party trading cheap items for expensive items? I've seen this before. Usually it's because the trade is uneven. Like maybe 3 containers for a Jaguar MW or something like that.

It happens all the time, even when items are completely even, I tried trading with a friend a few times too see if it would pop up everytime, it did. The items we traded was 1:1 same crate, with the same items it still popped up.
