Camera stuck problem with the new patch

From when the game was patched i am getting the weird problem that everytime i play a game the camera get stuck
I can move around with no problem but the camera just look forward
I tried some solution from the forum but the problem is fixed for just 2 o 3 round max and then the problem return again

I tried to verify the integrity of the cache and it did not helped
I tried restarting the game but the camera is fixed for only 1 round
I tried deleting the config.cfg but the camera problem return after 2 or 3 rounds

can someone help me, please?
