Auto Disconnecting from CSGO Servers

I'm on an Air Force base and living in the dormitories and whenever I try to play in any servers (community or valve) it auto disconnects me from time to time. I used to play CSGO all the time back home without any problems. Whenever I do matchmaking it always gets through warm up round and disconnects me to the main menu. I try to hit reconnect and it says cannot join the server and therefore I end up with a ban. Recently I had my friend who lives on the same floor as me follow me into one of valves deathmatch servers and as soon as he joined it auto disconnects me and he cant join either. This problem happens on every server but its random. Sometimes it works when we both connect and other times it doesn't. In each of our rooms we have our computer plugged into a router then plugged into the wall port. The only reason for the router is the WiFi that's currently in our dorms is very ♥♥♥♥ty so everyone just bought their own router and set up their own WiFi network. I've been trying to get this to work for a couple months and haven't been able to fix it. My internet service provider is CZee networks. They make us pay monthly to access the internet and require us to log in when we initially connect to the internet. I tried to be as thorough as possible to get you guys on the same page but if you have any questions ask away.


Things I've done so far
Reinstalled the game completely
Verified integrity of game cache
Port Forwarded the appropriate ports (on my router)
Set a static IP (on both our computers)
My UPnP is currently on (on our routers)
Set the -port 27016 parameter to the launch options

I got same problem I auto disconnect from any mode on the game sometimes I can play easily sometimes it auto disconnect if you fixed it can you tell me please I haven't played CSGO for 2hours in row from 1 week trying to find the PROBLEM ITSELF but IDK what happened 1 day I wake up and this happens same router same wifi from 1 year and the problem just pops up to me you got any ideas ?? because I feel I lost my 15usd.

Unfortunately my problem was with my ISP. Being in the military I was living in the barracks and the internet service provider for the barracks was terrible. I wasn't the only person having auto disconnecting issues where I lived. I'm not saying that your problem is also the ISP but it shouldn't be ruled out. I even did a packet capture while the issue occured and had my friend who is a networking god take a look at it. He said my ISP's network was all messed up and my problem was something I couldn't fix.
