How do you take control of bots in Casual ?

playing with all bots on my team and one guy with bots on the other. He was switching to bots real quick once I killed him and it was kinda like deathmatch. He'd know right where I was when I killed him and come rushing at me after instantly taking control of a bot. It was actually good. Once I figured it out I played a lot more on my toes and patiently, which I should be doing anyways. I'm a noob just starting Casual. Getting sick of Deathmatch.

Anyways, how do you take control of bots in Casual ?

do people use mics in Casual much ? I turned it on once and it was some raging loon so I turned it off.

E changes also weapons and open doors basicly its action key
