Reason For Vanilla Knives Being So Popular

Before you say ugh its because everyone has 2 of them im not on about those knives i am on about m9 bayonets and karambits alike, i just wanted to know if anyone had some reasoning behind why people want them more yet there are cheaper alternatives which look better ingame

Because some people want something that looks like an actual knife rather than a knife that a 4th grader took to with a can of spraypaint.

To OCD players, Vanilla Knives are all "factory new" in a sense, unlike crappy looking battle-scarred safari meshed skins.

i suppose but to be honest vanillas look pretty beat up in the light

Honestly, the Vanilla Karambit and M9 are sweet, but for the other knives I prefer a skin. Also, Butterfly knives look terrible with most skins, so I guess I'd pick a Vanilla one of those if I had to.

thing is i got a m9 blue steel and vanilla but since i had a butterfly knife all other knives seem pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥

I have a StatTrak Karambit Vanilla, and I think it's sexy as fuuuuuuuu*k, because it looks like an actual knife :).

bayonet is way too plain but karambit vanilla has a really cool marking on it which makes it better than a lot of painted ones

Flip knives are awesome. Granted, the animation is a little plain, but that's partly the reason why I like it.
