You can get a FN doesnt matter the condition. Which is why for trade ups that lead to a chance for an expensive gun even the bs condition ones are worth a lot

you have a 10% chance of getting a wear and gun from the collection from the guns your contract up. if you put all bs skins you will get a bs skin

This is patently false. Wear on the inputs has no bearing on the output; it's generated randomly.
