It's in the case or on the card.

If you're asking for someone to give you one then it's not allowed.

What do you need a product key for?

You already have a working copy.

If you're trying to find your own key, it only works for your account and was invalid the moment you installed and launched.

But if you or your friend absolutely need to find it:

"Right click on the game, in your library you should see 'View Game CD-Key' as the second option on the dropdown menu.

Or you can go to look for the 'View' tab at the top left of your Steam library menu. Click 'View', then 'Games Details'. Now you can click on your game in the library and it should show game info in the right half of the Steam application. Under the section "Links" at the far right edge there will be a link for CD Key"
