CSGO Store error Help!

When ever I try to buy a item off the CSGO store. EG key. I get an error saying There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. I can buy from the marketplace and from the actual steam store but not CSGO

I know I should't let this thread become a zombie but might as well try to help
Have you tried what fixed it for me?




If using a PC
- Please exit Steam, and navigate to the …\Steam\ directory (by default this is C:\Program Files\Steam - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it).
- Delete all of the files in this folder except: Steam.exe and the \Steamapps\ and \Userdata\ folders
-Restart your computer and test the issue again.

If using a Mac:
-Exit Steam and go to the folder Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Steam
-Delete all of the files in this folder except for SteamApps and Userdata.
-Restart your computer and test the issue again.

For all operating systems:
-Ensure that you are not using any IP proxy or VPN software. These applications must be completely deactivated when purchasing through Steam.

If the issue still persists, try using a web browser (Internet Explorer 7 or higher on PC, or Safari if on a Mac) to make the purchase using http://store.steampowered.com/

I am having the same issue
i tried the above
i also tried going to beta and back to normal steam and back :P
also reinstalled steam twice
and also put A ticket on steam
it worked fine once after a week ,now again it is having same problem
any idea what to do now and if any solution is her reply please

Guys, I have a huge problem.
After following the steps, I restarted my computer and it didn't work.
Plus my games are uninstalled :( how can I fix this F*cking thing!
