How to launch in windowed mode?

Once you set that the game will launch in windowed mode.

How? And i'm talking about how you do that without entering the game. Everytime i try to launch Counter Strike, my computer goes black and i get the message ''Input out of range''. I was told that it would be fixed by launching the game in windowed mode, but i don't know how to do that.

No sweat you're welcome and it does work but steam adds a double http:// when you quoted :) thats why it wouldnt go to the site if you clicked the link, if you chop off the extra http:// it will work. Or simply copy paste www.csgohelp.com/launch-options/ All the best.

One from the follow commands;

-windowed / -startwindowed
