If i buy a music kit in game, i can sell it on market?

Yes, you can sell it on the market but Steam will also take their 15% cut so you can't flip them at current price.

You can sell them all , when you buy them in game store .
There are only 3 music kits that cant be sold , and they are crafted from other games :
