Thinking about opening 100 cases to get a rare item

I have been saving some money to open 100 cases, do you think I will get a red or rare if I do that? Has anyone done it. I have seen some YouTube videos and seen people at least getting red covert item or they can trade up the purples they get but I am not sure if those are real or rigged because they are popular CSGO streamers.

just buy what u want from market. chances are u will get nothing. Youtubers only do it to make money from the videos they post. You could get a whole inventory of good looking skins for 50-100 USD

100 cases gets you a statistics of 26% chance to unbox a rare item. so if you want to be statistically sure, you gotta open just under 400 boxes. and since the nicest and most rare skins are knives from chroma chests, you gonna have to spend like 800 bucks just for those. so about 1600 in total. Sure, you could get ruby to sell for 10k. You could also get a falchion that you can't sell for more than 300 xD up to you!
