CS2 vs CSGO massive loss of performance (almost divided by 3)

with 4090 13900K
with CSGO, I can use my pg27aqn 1440p 360hz I have +360fps every time at ultra (usually 700)
BUT
with CS2 I have 300-380 fps max with drops to 250 fps at 1440p ultra, there is a serious loss of performance !!!

IT'S A SHAME !!!!

IT'S UNACCEPTABLE !!!!

I can't go back, and at 1440p, it's a monster, with 1080, it will be good too, plkay at 4:3 stretched.

I have the feeling that CS2 will be more gpu demanding, and with 360hz we need 360fps !

looks like you are already crying lol, instead of whining about fps you can actually play the game. Because this is a video game where you shoot people, not a fps counting simulator

It's a trend since 2017 - cutting down actual content and rushing out loads of skins so idiots like you would mindlessly praise the game forever.

because this game is already done and completed. Like what type of content does this game even needs? The only reason they make skin updates so people will not cry about how csgo is dead or something like that

They are upgrading their engine which is a big important update in my opinion. Also please be more polite

I really hope they will continue to optimize the game. I assume they will make higher fps for lowest setting and lower fps for maxed settings.
