Csgo on windows vista

my gifted my friend csgo and he has windows vista he can run the game but every time he joins a game his game crashes and no error or files corrupt message show up if anyone has a solution please help thanks

You can right-click a Steam game and go to the properties. Look for Verify Integrity of Game Cache under Local Files. It should scan your install and make sure everything is there, and if not it will get what it needs from Steam.
