No. Not in MM at least.
On servers that allow cheats and whatnot, sure. But you won't be able to use skins (client sided skins) on any Valve server.

And to be honest, that's good.

The game is very anti-mod, If you mod your game, you pretty much cant do anything online

You can change the vfl file to the bayonet for example every knife will look like a bayonet :)
