de_dust2 not loading? bug/crash? Help please

Hey everyone,

For the first time earlier (after playing 2 games of dm on dust 2) I queued for dust 2 comp and it bugged out on me and wouldn't load the map - even with a game reboot, steam reboot and pc reboot - it would get stuck on the screen with a still of a CT before it tells you what map you're on.

Since this afternoon I have reattempted loading the map and found the same thing on dm. What is strange, though, is that I can load any other map fine.

To further delve into this mystery I played through Mirage to vote up d2 and well it loaded up fine.

I disconnected, searched again, and it loaded. Repeated the process and it was broken again.

I then searched community servers and joined a 128 tick server - loaded instantly, disconnected searched for dm and it loaded the map.

It seems that I can load the map any other way except for searching for it. I'm not game enough to test this in comp again, because the first occurrence cost me a cool down.

Please give any information known - the only other thing I noticed is that, with netgraph 1 enabled it shows me that when it doesn't load the server all values except for my 300 ping remain at 0.

Dont know if this helps but try to go inside Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps and delete all 6 dust2 files, then launch game again and play that map

Clever idea but it made it worse haha, now it says it loads it, but I can't hit "continue", and after it times out the 5 seconds it takes me back to the home page :(
