Will my laptop be able to run CS:GO
Now my laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15R no touchscreen. Now my laptop can run Battlefield 4 on minimum settings( I checked on systemsrequirements.com) but I'm not sure if I can entirely run CS:GO I mean it says no, but it says that the CPU needs to be upgraded and mine is an intel core i5. Plus laptops can't upgrade their graphics card and CPU's and stuff.

So if I play on the lowest setting, everything is at it's lowest will I still be able to run CS:GO atleast 20-25 FPS minimum?

You should get more than 50 FPS on highest settings.
IDK what your GPU is but i'm sure CS go will work.

Does it have a proper graphics card? Also, you'll appear laggy even to other players if your framerate is that ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I can get 60 fps pretty easily with my old crappy Core2 Q8300, so if your laptop has a seperate graphics card cs should be easy.

graphics card does not matter that much on this game... dont worry, most pcs can run source games

That laptop has intergrated graphics... I would not expect much also high framerate is essential for good aim.

Alright just so you guys know my Dell Inspiron is a laptop FYI. And these are my specs

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz
Graphics Card:AMD Radeon HD 8670M
RAM: 8.1 GB
CPU Speed: 2.3 Ghz

On system requirements it said that my CPU needed an upgrade, my graphics card and other stuff were okay, I can't upgrade my CPU since it is a laptop so if I buy Counter Strike Global Offensive Will I still be able to run it smoothly on the lowest settings?

Also if Global offensive doesn't work, does CS: Source or the older installments have many players playing it considering its not the latest installment?

depends on laptop
Wait what?
Since when Inspiron comes with dedicated GPU?
Inspiron ALWAYS comes with integrated GPU last time I check.

So will my laptop be able to run CS:GO smoothly? Or will it be a lagfest and I wasted my cash which I could had spent on the Forest or Rebuild: Gangs of Deadsville

You can run it. I have an integrated GPU and I can get 180+ FPS easy on lowest settings (at 1280x720)

Won't be any lagfest on mid / high settings.
