CSGO coaching recommendation

aVNN is phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for a better coach for csgo. I’ve been playing for 4000 hours/ lvl 8 Faceit of csgo and honestly my csgo is so weak compared to what I’ve been shown by aVNN to what it could be. He’s been able to show me why my recoil is poor (overadjustments), how my utility usage can be better with combo nades such as retake nades for B site inferno with smoke,molly, and flash, and why my aim (hs%) is so poor currently due to not practicing preaim maps as much and pulling down too much and too early for recoil. He’s been able to diagnose my issues in CS and put me on a training plan for steady improvement in just the past few weeks. He knows his stuff, he’s shown he’s capable of playing competitively, and he’s shown he knows how to diagnose and train his students. What we’ve done during training sessions so far is him watching live gameplay over discord of my csgo games and him helping explain timing/rotations/positions and most importantly throught process. Watching demos and improving utility usage with lineups and what could have gone better through rounds. Explaining why throwing bad nades is worse than throwing no nades. Aim training on specialized maps with specific routines. Recoil training and routine. He also uses a specialized spreadsheet to track your improvement and training over time. His fast improvement/bootcamp has been so helpful for my CS play and makes me more excited to play CS everyday.
