Weekly missions are a joke

Finished this "weekly mission" in 10 minutes of deathmatch. Whats the point of these?

You also had only 300xp for 60 kills like me? I did it also in under 15 minutes.

Some got 400xp for 80 kills.

Why valve gives me only 300 xp for 60 kills for my favorite weapon???? -_-

The last mission some got 425 xp for 7 kills and some got 900 xp for 15 kills. Why is it so unfair?

My favorite weapon and I get only 60 kills mission -_-
